Milano is proud to source all of its ingredients from trusted local suppliers, including plenty of fresh produce from its internally operated central kitchen located in East Brisbane. Milano has long been renowned throughout Brisbane and the Queen Street Mall as having the tastiest Moreton Bay Bug dishes in the region. A lot of the managerial team, wait staff and kitchen team have been retained over the years so their experience not only in the hospitality industry is strong but their experience at Milano also is extensive.
Milano is open for breakfast from 7am every day of the week and is the perfect weekend spot for breakfast as you watch the world go by in Queen Street and is also ideal for a quick, easy and delicious weekday meal to sustain you before a big day at work in Brisbane City. With a paddock to plate ethos for all of the meat dishes and a pier to plate philosophy for the seafood dishes, Milano excels in acquiring the freshest possible food elements and in doing so, sources ingredients straight from the best local suppliers, into the state-of-the-art kitchen for our chefs to bring out the best in each dish.
